Yellow Rose Distillery is the first legal distillery in Houston, Texas, founded in 2010 in a small garage by a group of friends who shared a clear vision: to create a premium handcrafted whiskey, true to its region and inspired by the legend of Emily West, known as The Yellow Rose of Texas.

Today, Yellow Rose is synonymous with independence, authenticity, and excellence, producing each batch in small quantities, unconstrained by industrial constraints. It's whiskeys mature under the Texas heat, which accelerates aging and concentrates the flavors. This distillery is characterized by its unconventional approach: without an obsession with age, it prioritizes flavor and quality, remaining true to its origins and values.
