Shipping policy

At Bodegas La Catedral, we work with Cargo Wine to offer a reliable and secure shipping service. We're committed to ensuring your orders arrive on time, with maximum transparency regarding rates, delivery times, and tracking.

National Shipping

• Scope: Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
• Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from order payment confirmation.
• Costs: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and volume.
• Delivery in Barcelona: Special service for events and celebrations, which requires prior planning.

International Shipping

Availability: We only ship low-alcohol products (such as wines) internationally. Spirits and high-alcohol beverages are not shipped due to legal and customs restrictions.
General lead time: 7 to 15 business days, subject to customs and destination processing.
United States: Estimated lead time: 3 to 4 weeks (business days only). The tracking code is activated once the package arrives in the destination country and is enabled by the local carrier. Until then, our team directly monitors the shipment to ensure traceability.
Additional costs: Local taxes, customs duties, or other charges at the destination are always the customer's responsibility.
Minimum orders: In some countries, a minimum order may apply due to customs requirements.

Delivery Conditions

The order is delivered to the address indicated by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information. In the event of absence, the courier company will make a new attempt or leave a notice to reschedule delivery.

It is recommended that products be inspected upon receipt. Any incidents (breakages, errors, or missing items) must be reported within 24 hours to admin@bodegaslacatedral.com. In the event of breakage during transport, the customer may request a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Important Notes

• Delivery times begin upon payment confirmation, not upon order placement.
• International tracking may take time to be activated until the package is processed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
• Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return Policy published on our website.
• Bodegas La Catedral is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, logistical incidents, weather conditions, customs).
