Made with wine alcohol, aged juniper berries, water from a Mahón well, and distilled in century-old copper stills over wood fire. Traditional “single distillation” method (one shot method), following the original 1736 recipe. - Taste & Aromatic Profile
Intense and balsamic nose, dominated by ripe juniper and herbal notes. Warm and dry on the palate, with medium body, marked by authentic juniper character, mineral nuances, and a persistent finish with a subtle citrus touch. - Producer Profile
