D.O.Ca. Rioja · Haro, La Rioja, Spain. Sourced from the historic Tondonia Vineyard, located on the right bank of the Ebro River. Alluvial soils with rounded stones and an Atlantic-continental microclimate provide natural freshness, elegance, and extraordinary ageing capacity. -
Grape varieties
A traditional blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, and Mazuelo, crafted according to the house’s historic formula to achieve balance, complexity, and longevity. -
Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation in large wooden vats followed by prolonged ageing of approximately 6 years in American oak barrels, with regular manual rackings. Further bottle ageing prior to release. An artisanal method virtually unchanged since the late 19th century. -
