Grape varieties
100% Sauvignon Blanc, from estate vineyards farmed with controlled yields to preserve varietal purity, aromatic intensity and natural balance.
Winemaking & ageing
Partial fermentation in French oak barrels combined with fermentation in stainless steel to maintain freshness. Aged on fine lees for several months, adding volume, complexity and a silky texture without losing vibrancy.
