"Terroir Historic" offers a captivating bouquet that combines freshness and vitality with rich complexity. On the nose, fresh notes of pencil lead, reminiscent of graphite, are perceived, intertwined with intense aromas of red and black fruits, such as plum and blackberry. These fruity aromas are nuanced with subtle spices, such as thyme and orange peel, adding depth and warmth to the whole. On the palate, the wine reveals itself as a balanced and satisfying experience, with a fat texture and soft tannins that delicately frame the flavors of forest soil and wild berries. The wine rests for 8 months in cement tanks.
