Grape varieties
Mainly Garnacha and Cariñena, with small additions of Syrah and Merlot, sourced from mountain vineyards.
Winemaking & ageing
Traditional fermentation with temperature control. Aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, aiming for balance between fruit, structure and a true expression of terroir.
