Alt Penedès, Catalonia – Spain. A sparkling wine crafted under the Corpinnat seal, a collective that brings together the most terroir-driven and environmentally committed producers of the Penedès.
Grape varieties
Xarel·lo (65%), Macabeu (18%) and Parellada (17%) — the three traditional varieties of the Penedès, grown exclusively in estate-owned vineyards certified organic and biodynamic.
Winemaking & ageing
Traditional method with second fermentation in bottle and a minimum ageing of 60 months on lees, delivering remarkable depth, structure and a flawless balance between freshness and maturity.
