Grape varieties
Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Monastrell. The latter provides the delicate rosé hue and a subtle layer of fruity complexity.
Winemaking & ageing
Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method, with a minimum of 18 months ageing on lees. Crafted from organic and biodynamic vineyards, with no herbicides or chemical pesticides. Hand-disgorged and bottled with no dosage added: Brut Nature.
