    Natural maceration of green walnuts, aromatic herbs, flowers, roots and Mediterranean fruits, following an ancestral recipe with over 80 years of history.
  • Crafting
    Green walnuts and herbs are slowly macerated in wine spirit for more than 90 days under the sun, a process that extracts essential oils and natural aromas.
    The blend is then sweetened with cane sugar and rested in oak barrels, achieving a harmonious balance between sweetness, bitterness and freshness.
