Our wine is the result of a meticulous process, where time is the true protagonist of its transformation. After aging for approximately 10 years under the veil of flor in American oak casks, this wine undergoes a unique evolution. With the passage of time, the veil of flor weakens, unleashing a prolonged oxidative aging that adds complexity and character to each bottle.
This wine from Jerez Viejísimo has been awarded 92 points by Robert Parker, highlighting its exceptional quality and distinctive profile.
