About the Winery

Dominio de Pingus is one of Spain's most prestigious and exclusive wineries, founded in 1995 by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck in the Ribera del Duero region. With a focus on artisanal production and absolute respect for traditional viticulture, it works with pre-phylloxera Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) vines, organically cultivated with extremely low yields to guarantee maximum concentration and expression of the terroir. Its wines, produced in small batches, have achieved worldwide acclaim, becoming true gems of oenology and objects of cult status among collectors and wine lovers.
