The vines grow at elevations of up to 800 meters, nestled between the Prades Mountains and the Poblet Forest Natural Parks, on poor soils of slate, stones, and clay-limestone. - Extreme Climate That Shapes Its Character
The continental-Mediterranean climate with cool nights favors natural acidity and slow ripening, resulting in a clean, floral, and subtly saline wine. - Careful Saignée Vinification
The free-run juice is extracted directly from the hopper with minimal skin contact. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (14–16 °C) to preserve fruit purity and varietal expression. - An Elegant and Versatile Profile
Pale, bright pink in color, it offers aromas of wild strawberries. On the palate, it is enveloping, with good acidity, volume, and a fresh, balanced persistence—perfect for any moment.
