Nordés Gin is produced in San Pedro de Sarandón, Galicia, in a distillery that honors Galician tradition with a modern and detailed approach. Its uniqueness begins at the base: distilled from Albariño grapes, something unusual in the world of gin, which provides smoothness and freshness. The 11 botanicals are carefully selected, many of them native to Galicia, and macerated separately to maintain their natural aromas.

Distillation is carried out with care and in small batches, respecting time and temperature to achieve a harmonious result. Nordés represents the essence of the Atlantic, the connection with the Galician land, and a philosophy that values small pleasures and artisanal quality.
