Grape varieties
70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, 10% Mazuelo and Graciano.
Winemaking & ageing
Fermented with native yeasts in oak vats. Aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels made in the winery’s own cooperage, followed by further bottle ageing.
