Monkey 47 nace en la Selva Negra alemana como un tributo al comandante británico Montgomery Collins, quien tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial elaboró su propia ginebra con botánicos locales y especias de la India. En 2008, Alexander Stein recuperó esta receta única, convirtiéndola en una de las ginebras más prestigiosas del mundo. Hoy, Monkey 47 es sinónimo de excelencia artesanal, complejidad y autenticidad.
