About the Winery

Marmellans Rosat was born under the auspices of Celler de Capçanes, a winery located in the heart of Priorat, in the D.O. Montsant (Tarragona). Founded in 1933 as a cooperative, Capçanes has successfully combined tradition and modernity, becoming a benchmark in quality wines, internationally recognized for its authenticity and absolute respect for the vineyard.

The winery works with old Garnacha and Cariñena vines, grown on terraces and slopes of slate soils, which impart character and personality to each wine. Its philosophy focuses on sustainable viticulture, the expression of the terroir, and oenological innovation, while always maintaining the essence of Montsant.

Marmellans represents Capçanes' freshest and most accessible range, offering young and vibrant wines that invite you to discover the more carefree side of Priorat, without losing the imprint of the terroir that makes them unique.
