Malfy Gin is crafted at the historic Torino Distillati distillery in Moncalieri, Piedmont, northern Italy. Founded in 1906, this family-run distillery has perfected the art of distillation with an artisanal approach, combining high-quality local ingredients with modern techniques. Inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, Malfy uses native botanicals such as Sicilian lemons and oranges, Italian juniper, and pure Alpine spring water. Each gin is produced in small batches, with careful maceration and vacuum distillation, allowing the fresh, natural aromas to be preserved.
