Este vino es el resultado de un proceso artesanal y cuidadoso, que comienza con una vendimia manual para seleccionar solo lo mejor de la uva. Se utiliza la primera fracción del mosto, que fermenta de manera espontánea gracias a levaduras autóctonas, preservando la autenticidad del terruño.

Tras la fermentación, el vino se cría durante 3 meses con sus lías finas en depósitos de acero inoxidable, enriqueciendo su estructura y aportando una textura cremosa y duradera. Periódicos batônnages durante la crianza aseguran un carácter único, antes de realizar el cupaje final que le da su toque definitivo.

Herència Altés es una bodega familiar en Terra Alta fundada en 2010 por Núria Altés y Rafael De Haan. Con una fuerte conexión con la tierra y una pasión por la viticultura, elaboran vinos ecológicos, respetuosos con el medio ambiente y las tradiciones locales. Especializados en variedades autóctonas, destacan por su trabajo con la Garnacha Blanca, buscando siempre reflejar la esencia y carácter de la Terra Alta en cada botella.
