- Variedad de uva o ingredientes 100 % Garnatxa Blanca, proveniente de viñas ecológicas cultivadas en Terra Alta.
- Elaboración y crianza Vendimia manual; solo se utiliza el mosto flor. Fermentación espontánea con levaduras autóctonas en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Crianza de 3 meses sobre sus lías con bâtonnages para aportar estructura, cremosidad y prolongar su vida en copa.
- Perfil del productor o destilería Herència Altés practica una viticultura sostenible y auténtica en Terra Alta, usando viñas antiguas y equilibrando modernidad con raíces tradicionales.
- Detalles especiales Nombre inspirado en la literatura y la cultura catalana. Su carácter audaz y directo busca desafiar expectativas a través de una garnacha blanca fresca y honesta.
