Blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Carignan.

Hand-harvested with double bunch selection; gravity-led fermentation in tanks with native yeasts; aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (80% new, 20% second-fill), followed by further refinement in foudre and concrete.
