A blend of grain whiskey and pot still whiskey made from malted and unmalted barley. Pure Irish water and native yeasts. - Production & Maturation
Aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, with a significant proportion of intensely charred bourbon barrels (“Black Barrels”). This technique enriches toasted and spicy notes. - Distillery Profile
