About the Winery

La Vinyeta is a young and lively winery located in Mollet de Peralada, in the heart of the D.O. Empordà, Catalonia. Founded in 2002 by Josep Serra, it is a story of passion, territory, and sustainability that has become a benchmark for the new Empordà wine industry.

In just two decades, La Vinyeta has managed to combine tradition, innovation, and environmental commitment, standing out for its ecological philosophy, the recovery of native varieties, and a creative approach to both the winery and its communication.

In addition to producing wines with a Mediterranean soul, the winery is energy self-sufficient, raises happy chickens, produces olive oil, and offers authentic wine tourism experiences among vines, sheep, and barrels.
