Botanicals & Distillation
Distilled in 19th-century stills (Bennett and Carter-Head) in batches of only 200 L. Infused with 11 classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica, cumin, and lemon peel, combined with Bulgarian Damask rose and fresh cucumber pulp, added cold after distillation to preserve their freshness.

About the Winery

Hendrick’s Gin is produced at the Girvan distillery in southwest Scotland, owned by the family-run firm of William Grant & Sons, world-renowned for its artisanal superiority. The gin is distilled in an exclusive building called Hendrick’s Gin Palace, a space designed to honor tradition and experimentation. There, two historic stills are used: an 1860 copper Bennett and a 1948 Carter-Head, the combination of which lends unique smoothness and complexity to the distillate. Each batch is carefully crafted in small volumes (only 200 liters per distillation), and after distillation, a cold infusion of Bulgarian Damascene rose and fresh cucumber is added, giving Hendrick’s its unmistakable floral and refreshing character. The distillery embodies the eccentric and elegant spirit of Hendrick’s, keeping many aspects of its process secret as part of its distinctive charm.
