Grans Muralles 2019 is a red wine from D.O. Conca de Barberà, Catalonia. Its name pays tribute to the ancient stone walls that once protected the Monastery of Poblet—a spiritual and historical landmark that inspires the wine’s depth, elegance, and strength. - Grape varieties
Cariñena, Garnacha, Monastrell, Garró, and Querol. Two of these (Garró and Querol) are ancestral varieties recovered by Familia Torres to preserve the genetic diversity of Catalan vineyards. - Winemaking and ageing
Parcel-based vinification in small tanks. Controlled fermentation and 18 months ageing in new French oak barrels. A precision-crafted wine, made using regenerative viticulture and minimal intervention techniques. - Producer profile
