Grans Muralles 2019 es un vino tinto de la D.O. Conca de Barberà, Cataluña. Su nombre rinde homenaje a las murallas de piedra que protegían el Monasterio de Poblet, un símbolo espiritual e histórico que inspira la solidez, profundidad y elegancia de este vino. - Variedades de uva
Cariñena, Garnacha, Monastrell, Garró y Querol. Dos de estas variedades (Garró y Querol) son ancestrales, rescatadas por Familia Torres para preservar la diversidad genética del viñedo catalán. - Elaboración y crianza
Vinificación por parcelas en depósitos pequeños. Fermentación controlada y crianza de 18 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Se trata de un vino de precisión, elaborado con técnicas de viticultura regenerativa y mínima intervención. - Perfil del productor
