About the Winery

Aromes del Montserrat was born in the emblematic Monastery of Montserrat, in the spiritual heart of Catalonia. Since the 19th century, Benedictine monks have developed a unique knowledge of botany and alchemy, creating remedies and elixirs from mountain herbs. From this convention comes this liqueur, an ancestral recipe that combines 12 medicinal and aromatic plants to create a profound, balsamic, and balanced beverage. Today, its production remains faithful to the original methods, under the supervision of the community, becoming a liquid legacy of Catalan lineage.
