Gramona Vi de Glass Gewürztraminer es un vino dulce natural elaborado en la región del Penedès por Gramona, dentro de la D.O. Penedès, utilizando técnicas criogénicas para concentrar azúcares y aromas. Se elabora exclusivamente con la aromática variedad Gewürztraminer, vendimiada en su punto óptimo de madurez. - Variedad de uva
100% Gewürztraminer - Elaboración
Este vino se elabora mediante la técnica “Vi de Glass” (vino de hielo): las uvas se congelan en cámaras especiales (a -15 °C) durante varias semanas, simulando el efecto del vino de hielo natural. La fermentación es lenta y controlada, lo que permite mantener una alta concentración de azúcares y aromas naturales de la uva. - Perfil del productor
