Gramona Mart 2024 is an organic sparkling rosé shielded under the D.O. Corpinnat, produced by the historic Gramona winery in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the heart of Penedès. - Grape varieties
100% Pinot Noir. Grown under certified organic viticulture on limestone soils with good sun exposure, ensuring freshness, structure, and classiness. - Winemaking & aging
Traditional vinification with gentle pressing. Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method. Aged on lees for a minimum of 15 months. Moderate dosage balances its freshness with subtle roundness. - Producer profile
