65% Xarel·lo and 35% Macabeu.
Xarel·lo provides structure, longevity, and minerality, while Macabeu adds freshness, elegance, and floral notes. - Winemaking & aging:
Manual harvest, berry-by-berry selection, fermentation with native yeasts. Over 120 months of bottle aging with natural cork stopper. Manual disgorgement with no added dosage (brut nature).
