Ingredients & Production
Made purely with malted barley and pure spring water from Robbie Dhu. It is double distilled in time-honored copper stills, then aged for 18 years in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry and American ex-bourbon oak casks, all hand-selected by the Malt Master.

About the Winery

Glenfiddich is one of Scotland's most prestigious and iconic distilleries, known for being one of the few still owned by the founding family, the Grants. It was founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, in the heart of the Speyside region, considered the birthplace of Scotch malt whisky.

Glenfiddich means “Valley of the Deer” in Scottish Gaelic, hence the iconic deer on its label. William Grant built the distillery stone by stone with the help of his sons.

It is characterized by a skillful combination of tradition and innovation. They have managed to remain true to their family legacy while exploring new styles, aging methods, and maturation techniques. They are pioneers in the use of unconventional casks (such as rum, wine, or sherry) in special editions.
