Appearance
Bright golden amber with warm highlights that hint at its aging in sherry casks.

Nose
Clean, fresh, and fruity aromas with notes of green apple, ripe pear, and a delicate, spicy sweetness. The sherry is elegantly present, accompanied by vanilla, honey, and a subtle hint of toasted oak.

Palate
Smooth and round entry with a good balance between sweetness and dry notes. Flavors of cut fruit (pear, apple, melon), hints of sherry, creamy oak, and a touch of spice (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon). Silky and enveloping texture.

Finish
Long, warm, and spicy, with a pleasant persistence of sweet oak, dried fruit, and a light vanilla aftertaste.
