Color
Bright golden amber, with warm reflections that predict its aging in sherry barrels.

Nose
Clean, fresh, and fruity aromas, with notes of green apple, ripe pear, and a delicate spicy sweetness. The sherry reveals itself elegantly, accompanied by vanilla, honey, and a subtle background of toasted oak.

Palate
Smooth and round entry, with a good balance between sweetness and dry notes. Flavors of cut fruits (pear, apple, melon), hints of sherry, creamy oak, and a hint of spice (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon). Silky and enveloping texture.

Finish
Long, warm, and spicy, with a delightful persistence of sweet oak, dried fruits, and a light vanilla aftertaste.
