About the Winery

GinRaw was born in Barcelona by Mediterranean Premium Spirits, the result of a collaboration between four experts: chef Xano Saguer, sommelier Sergi Figueras, mixologist Javier Caballero, and master perfumer Rosendo Mateu. This gin is produced in small, numbered batches using double distillation: first in a traditional copper still and then at low temperature using Rotaval® technology, preserving the purity and aromatic complexity of its botanicals to the maximum. Its artisanal process and its inspiration in Barcelona's haute cuisine make GinRaw a unique spirit that blends technical precision and creative sensitivity.
