Tequila Fortaleza Blanco is crafted as it was 150 years ago, using traditional methods and machinery. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, crushed 100% with a volcanic stone tahona, fermented in open‑air wooden vats, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The water comes from a natural spring in the Tequila Valley. Every bottle is hand‑blown in Mexico. - Taste & Aromatic Profile
Intense nose of citrus and cooked agave, with notes of butter, olive oil, earth, and black pepper. On the palate, sweet and deep agave accompanied by vanilla, basil, olive, and fresh lime. Long, complex finish, easy to drink, with authentic artisanal character. - Producer Profile
