Foranell Picapoll nace en la prestigiosa D.O. Alella, una de las más antiguas y singulares de Cataluña. Situada entre el mar Mediterráneo y la Serralada de Marina, esta zona otorga al vino frescura, salinidad y una expresividad única. - Variedades de uva o ingredientes
100% Picapoll (Pansa Picapoll), una uva autóctona catalana de escasa producción y gran valor enológico. - Elaboración y crianza
Vinificado artesanalmente en el Celler Quim Batlle a partir de viñas ecológicas situadas en suelos de sauló (granito descompuesto). Fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con crianza sobre lías finas durante 4 a 6 meses para aportar cuerpo y textura sin perder frescura. - Perfil del productor
Quim Batlle es una bodega familiar ubicada en Tiana, que practica una viticultura sostenible y de mínima intervención, preservando el carácter del terruño y la identidad varietal de Alella. Su gama Foranell es una colección exclusiva de producciones limitadas. - Detalles de producción artesanal
Producción limitada con certificación ecológica. Viñedos de altura media (300 m), vendimia manual y fermentación espontánea. Sin clarificación artificial.
