Our sommelier, Fernando González, has 15 years of experience in top-notch restaurants in Argentina . He trained at the Instituto Superior de Formación Gato Dumas and worked at Vinoteca Che Malbec. Additionally, he has been part of the team at Restaurante de Jean León in Soldeu, Andorra , and recently at Bodegas la Catedral in Barcelona, Spain. A wine that was recommended to me in the shop, which I didn't quite understand because it is a red Grenache vinified as a white. Les Tortugues. We accompanied it with a grilled Iberian pork, it was incredible!!! The wines from Empordà are delicious.
