Font de la Figuera 2021 is a barrel-aged red wine produced by Clos Figueras in Gratallops, within the prestigious D.O.Q. Priorat. It comes from vineyards planted on soft terraced slate soils (licorella) between 300 and 500 meters above sea level. - Grape varieties
Old-vine Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A balanced blend that captures the soul of Priorat. - Winemaking and aging
Manual harvest with selection on the sorting table. Fermentation in 25 hl vats with daily punch-down and maceration for about two weeks. Aged for 12 months in second-use 500 L French oak barrels. Light filtration before bottling. - Producer profile
Clos Figueras is a family-owned winery located in Gratallops, founded by Christopher Cannan. With privileged vineyards in the heart of Priorat, Clos Figueras is synonymous with elegance, authenticity, and respect for the terroir. - Special details
Limited production. Aging potential of 10 to 12 years. Decanting is recommended before serving. Bottled in 75 cl format. 15% ABV. Best served between 16°C and 18°C.

Figuera Fountain 2021
Font de la Figuera is made primarily from Viognier, Grenache and Chenin grapes. Viognier brings freshness and elegance, Grenache offers structure and fruitiness, while Chenin contributes its characteristic balanced acidity. Together, these varieties form a harmonious and complex blend that defines the unique character of this white wine. Reserva wines are typically aged for a minimum period of two years, with at least six months in oak barrels.

Serve between 9 and 12 ºC.
