Finca el Puig 2021 was born in the Priorat D.O.Q. Priorat, a rugged region where the vines cling to licorella slate soils. This legendary land imprints its mineral, austere and profound character on each bottle. - Grape Varieties
This elegant and expressive blend is composed of 50% Garnacha, 20% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cariñena. A perfect formula to combine freshness, ripe fruit, structure, and sophistication. - Winemaking and Aging. The wine ferments at controlled temperatures and is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, gaining volume, smoothness, and a distinctive aromatic expression. It is bottled unfiltered to preserve its full authenticity.
