Engine Gin is produced in the Alta Langa region of Piedmont, Italy, by a team of passionate distillers who combine artisanal methods with an ecological and disruptive approach. The distillery uses 100% organic ingredients of Italian origin and a controlled supply chain, with raw materials selected from emblematic regions: juniper from Tuscany, sage from Piedmont, lemons from Sicily, licorice from Calabria, and pure water from the Alps. Slowly distilled in traditional copper stills, Engine pays homage to the ancient Piedmontese tradition of rosolio, modernized with a bold character and a presentation that challenges industry norms.
