A blend of 50% Garnacha Tinta, 40% Cariñena, 5% Merlot, and 5% Syrah. This assortment brings fruit, structure, freshness, and a versatile spiced profile. - Vinification & aging
Customary fermentation over two weeks with gradually enriching temperatures for optimal aromatic extraction, followed by post-fermentation maceration and aging for 6 months in concrete tanks and another 6 months in French oak barrels. - Producer profile
