El Anejón 2020
- Origin and D.O.
From the iconic Cuesta de las Liebres vineyard in the heart of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. A terraced vineyard is illustrious for its altitude, divulgence, and biodiversity. - Grape Varieties
A precise and elegant blend: 81% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), 12% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon — an expression of the terroir’s complexity. - Winemaking and Aging
Fermented in 15,000-liter French oak vats (Haute Futaie method) and aged for one year in new French oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle. - Producer Profile
Pago de Carraovejas is an example winery in Ribera del Duero, known for its artisanal approach, viticultural precision, and limited-production estate wines in outstanding vintages. - Limited Production
Only 18,000 numbered bottles, produced exclusively in vintages that fully reflect the prospect of the El Anejón vineyard. A collector’s wine with aging potential and iconic projection.
