About the Winery

The DYC distillery, located in Segovia, was the first to produce whisky in Spain. Founded in 1959, it combines Scottish-inspired distillation methods with the use of domestic barley and pure water from the Guadarrama Mountains. Since its inception, DYC has sought to bring quality whisky to the Spanish consumer, conserving traditional processes and a philosophy of proximity and authenticity.
