Estate-grown Sazón and Pinto agaves, mid-jima cut. Natural open-air fermentation for 72 to 96 hours, with and without fibers. Mechanical extraction (expeller type), double distillation: 80% in copper pot stills (52% ABV) and 20% in copper columns (60% ABV). - Taste & Aromatic Profile
