Jalisco, Mexico – 100% Blue Agave Blanco Tequila, crafted in Atotonilco el Alto. - Agave & Production
Estate-grown Sazón and Pinto agaves, mid-jima cut. Natural open-air fermentation for 72 to 96 hours, with and without fibers. Mechanical extraction (expeller type), double distillation: 80% in copper pot stills (52% ABV) and 20% in copper columns (60% ABV). - Taste & Aromatic Profile
Fresh and elegant nose with hints of damp earth and roasted pepper. Silky palate with notes of sweet butter, delicate fruit, and herbal touches. Bright and expressive, it awakens the senses. - Producer Profile
