Jalisco, Mexico – 100% Blue Agave Añejo Tequila, crafted in Atotonilco el Alto. - Agave & Production
Estate-grown Sazón and Pinto agaves, mid-jima cut. Natural open-air fermentation (72 to 96 h) with and without fibers. Mechanical extraction (expeller type). Distillation: 85% in copper pot stills (52% ABV) and 15% in copper columns (60% ABV). - Aging & Barrels
Aged for 30 months in French oak barrels from Limousin and Nevers, previously used for wines. This maturation imparts complexity, smoothness, and a sweet touch to the tequila. - Taste & Aromatic Profile
Rich and spicy nose, with notes of dried fruits, cardamom, and allspice. On the palate, it is elegant, with balanced sweetness, mature agave, and enveloping depth. - Producer Profile
