Garnacha (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), and Cariñena (20%). A mix that balances fruit, structure, and freshness. - Vinification and Aging
Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels, achieving subtle oak integration without overshadowing the fruit. - Producer Profile
Clos Galena is an organic winery with an international spirit located in El Molar (Tarragona), recognized for combining modern techniques with respect for Priorat’s winemaking tradition. - Production Details

Crossos del Priorat
The wine is fresh and spirited on the nose, with notes of pencil lead, almost metallic, which for many is a descriptor closer to minerality, a term that is widely used but not always easy to understand. Then the fruit appears. Plum and blackberry, with a hint of spice enveloping it. On the palate, it is lively and vibrant, with soft tannins that nevertheless leave a deep impression on the finish. Delicious.
