Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, double grape selection at the winery, and fermentation in open French oak barrels (300–500 L). - Precise and elegant aging
Aged for 14 months in new and second-year French oak barrels, with daily pigeage to enhance extraction and refinement. - A wine with cellaring soul
Deep and expressive character with aging potential of up to 20 years, gaining complexity over time. - A unique sensory experience
