About the Winery

Clos d'Agon is located in Calonge, in the Empordà region (Girona), and is one of the most prestigious winemaking projects in the region. Founded with an international vision, it works with noble varieties and a philosophy of minimal intervention to reflect the character of the terroir. Its privileged location, between the sea and the mountains, gives it natural freshness and a distinct Mediterranean identity.

Deep cherry red with a violet rim. Brilliant, dense, and majestic.

Nose
Intense and elegant: ripe black fruit (blackberry, blueberry), plum, violet, black pepper, pure cocoa, licorice, clove, cedar, and a balsamic background with Mediterranean touches (rosemary and sage).

Palate
Silky, structured, and enveloping. Polished tannins, perfectly balanced acidity, and a profile that evolves with each sip. Notes of dark fruit, dark chocolate, fine spices, Mediterranean herbs, and fine woods.
