Precise and respectful winemaking
Fermented in small stainless steel tanks for 29 days with 27 days of maceration to preserve varietal qualities. Aged for 14 months in new and second-use French oak barrels.

Clos Badaceli is a creation of Bodegas y Viñedos de Cal Grau, a project of the Osborne family in Priorat. Located in El Lloar, this winery deeply farms the identity of the terroir through sustainable viticulture and single-vineyard winemaking. Appearance
Intense and brilliant cherry red, with violet edges that denote its youth despite aging.

Nose
Expressive aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberry, black cherry, and a floral touch. Notes of soft spices, Mediterranean herbs, subtle cocoa, and a very clear mineral background are imparted by the licorella.

Palate
Silky and balanced entry. Polished and rounded tannins. A strong fruit presence accompanied by notes of thyme, pink peppercorn, and a balsamic touch. Marked minerality and fresh acidity lengthen the experience.

Finish
Persistent, elegant, and with a fruity-mineral aftertaste, very characteristic of Priorat.
