Fermented in small stainless steel tanks for 29 days with 27 days of maceration to preserve varietal qualities. Aged for 14 months in new and second-use French oak barrels. - Balanced minerality and freshness
The licorella (slate) soil imparts a distinctive mineral profile, while the aging adds toasted notes that balance the red fruit. - A true gem from Cal Grau
