Formulated in the renowned region of Los Altos de Jalisco, birthplace of the world's finest tequilas. Clandestina Reposado is made exclusively from Blue Weber agave, aged 7 to 8 years and sustainably cultivated to ensure a pure, balanced indication of the Mexican terroir.
Hand-harvested with strict selection
Expert jimadores select only the healthiest and ripest agave hearts (piñas), carefully extracting the leaves to avoid bitterness. This artisanal process guarantees maximum sugar concentration and a high-quality final spirit.
Extended fermentation
With over 65 hours of slow fermentation, sugars transform gently into alcohol, generating a richer, more complex aromatic palette. Expect ripe banana and natural vanilla notes that add depth and sweetness.
Double distillation with sensory precision
Distilled in stainless steel stills with copper coils for clarity and definition. Heads and tails are discarded through sensory analysis and chromatography, preserving only the "heart"—the finest and most aromatic part of the distillate.
Measured aging for perfect balance
Rested in American white oak barrels that soften the raw agave edges, adding golden hues and complexity: notes of dried fruits, toasted vanilla, cappuccino coffee, and an elegant hint of maple emerge.
