Garnacha and Cariñena from over 50-year-old vines grown between 450 and 650 meters altitude on slate soils (licorella) in La Vilella Alta, Tarragona. - 18 months aging in French Allier oak
The wine is refined for a year and a half in French oak barrels, which lend spicy notes, structure, and roundness—without overshadowing the fruit. - Perfect for rich Mediterranean cuisine
