100% Xarel·lo in this 2017 Gran Reserva sparkling wine from the Can Fontanals estate, a unique vineyard planted in 1940. It reflects the deep-rooted tradition of Avinyonet del Penedès with a complex and refined profile. - Extraordinary aging
This Brut Nature rests for 84 months in the cellar, developing a creamy structure and elegant nuances. Hand-harvested at night to prevent oxidation, followed by gentle pressing at very low pressure. Naturally clarified by decantation (fermentation at controlled temperatures between 14–16 °C in stainless steel tanks). Manual disgorgement without freezing the neck. - Limited artisanal production

A challenging yet noble year. Early rains followed by a dry spell allowed for slow ripening, resulting in a balanced and healthy harvest—ideal for aging sparkling wines. - Traditional method with artisanal precision
Crafted following the champenoise method, with a minimum of 18 months of lees aging. Cold tartaric stabilization, bottling with selected yeasts and organic tirage liqueur. Manual disgorgement ensures precision and full respect for the varietal profile.
