Sourced from the Ázqueta estate, with clay soils and 30-year-old vines cultivated in a continental Atlantic climate. - Lees aging and fermentation in new French oak
Fermented and aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage for added volume and complexity. - Fresh and sophisticated tasting notes
Bright yellow color with golden highlights. Aromas of ripe white stone fruit like peach and apricot, with vanilla, coconut, and toasted notes. On the palate, vibrant acidity, creamy texture, and a long finish. - Food pairings that enhance its character
